I've seen people downgraded gnome-settings-daemon to 3.1.4-something
as a workaround and have done that myself, too, but after today's updates
the frequent GConf2 crashes are gone. That doesn't prove anything, however.
"One step forward, two steps back" may apply again due to other issues.
F15 is also much more snappy.
