I know at least Win7 supports EFI booting, but I don't have a machine that has such a setup to test with :( I just did attempt to install F16 Alpha alongside Win7 Ultimate 64-bit in a VM, and while Fedora installed successfully and didn't touch the NTFS partition, Windows wasn't in the menu.
