Actually, I just realized one big gap: the instructions on *how to
actually do a RATs run*. Since you used the release validation SOP as a
template there's no space for this, because for RV, announcing the test
and publishing the matrices essentially *is* the work, but for RATs, we
need to explain how you actually do a RATs run. Thanks!
