Greetings testers, As requested in ticket#164 [1], a multi-spin DVD ISO image will be provided along-side Fedora 15. Ideally, this image would be prepared and tested at each milestone. For Fedora 15, the Multi-Spin DVD image is not part of the release criteria, and completion of the tests is only a best-effort. That said, an image is now available for verification. I'd like to offer a fairly basic test matrix for the multi-spin DVD. The matrix does not fully explore the functionality of each desktop. Detailed testing of each desktop should take place as part of Desktop Validation Testing [2]. My goal was to highlight test scenarios unique to the Multi-Spin DVD, or tests not currently tracked elsewhere. The tests are certainly not set in stone. Feel free to discuss test concerns in response to this mail, or in fedora-qa ticket#164 [1].
