I drafted a quick'n'dirty wiki page to record test results against the
Multi-Boot DVD image. This page is by no means final, but it is intended
to ensure we can post some test results against a clear set of tests.

The tests I proposed are not final, some a re-used from existing plans,
and one doesn't yet exist. I did my best to cover things that aren't
explicitly tested elsewhere, or are unique about the Multi-Boot DVD spin.
Suggestions welcome!
