Yep, I write my own modules and sometimes it hurts me, but doing so makes me progress a little, I guess.

It looked like you had a bad module file in /etc/selinux/targeted/active/modules, which was causing you a problem. You removed it and cleaned everything up.

On Fedora21, semodule -i mymodule.pp fails and even semodule -B.
messages are the same.
What's wrong?
I use,
selinux-policy-targeted-3.13.1-103.fc21.noarch .
[root@localhost modules]# semodule -B
libsepol.print_missing_requirements: mod_selinux's global requirements were not met: type/attribute httpd_user_script_ro_t (No such file or directory).
libsemanage.semanage_link_sandbox: Link packages failed (No such file or directory).
semodule: Failed!
