Currently NFS does not support fine-grained labeling for SELinux. At the moment it is just given one label (nfs_t) with no categories. Steve Dickson and I are working on getting Labeled NFS merged into mainline and hope for sometime in the 3.10-3.11 timeframe. Once that is done you'll be able to use SELinux with NFS just like any other file system but will have to use NFSv4.
