I had the issue where if theres several users logged into the GUI and i log out that sometimes i would get a black screen with a blinking cursor. (user switching thing) I think that this may be because of: allow consolekit_t udev_t:process noatsecure; However i havent tested it enough to be certain, but ever since i added the rule i havent been stuck again so far.
