Is it possible to disable it? You shouldn't need to supply the extra field; there is a translation facility in libselinux that can supply a default value for it. It looks like a similar issue in setkey to the one I found in mount: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=186915 I think it's worth raising a bug on ipsec-tools.
