Not 100% sure but I do not think so. I will investigete that possibility
further.

It is a system and network monitoring tool <http://www.bb4.org/>. I am using
the BTF version.

Not sure. How can I tell?? It runs as a user called bb. So I guess its context
is whatever normal users run under.
