Likely should just be dontaudit'd, e.g.
yum install selinux-policy-targeted-sources
cd /etc/selinux/targeted/src/policy
echo "dontaudit httpd_sys_script_t proc_t:file ioctl;" >> domains/misc/local.te
make load
