Strange, the patch is against FC-3 files:

/cvs/dist/rpms/checkpolicy/FC-3/checkpolicy-typeattribute.patch
/cvs/dist/rpms/checkpolicy/FC-3/checkpolicy.spec

I thought it would go into a future package update...
