Didn't see it filed under selinux-policy-strict. Don't see something similar under selinux-policy-targeted now I look there. I did however bugzilla this myself this morning (http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=130969). I'll add your comment to it.
