I don't think this needs to be put in bugzilla at this stage. The transition to the new netlink controls is going to be painful, it requires new kernel (which you appear to have), new checkpolicy (which you also appear to have), and changes to the policy source (which needs on-going work). It will probably take us a couple of weeks to sort out the major issues.
