It's not; the chance of a the blender maintainer reading this mailing list
isn't particularly high and there's nothing really permanent that will
associate your report with the problematic package.

When you find bugs, you should file bug reports.  If you do "rpm -qi
blender" you'll see a field for "Bug URL".  Follow that and make sure the
bug you are seeing isn't already reported.  If it isn't, click the "File
a new Bug" button.

In this case, you should see that the issue is already reported as
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1594565
