Okay.

There are at least two things to untangle from that statement.

First, "foreign binaries" are already allowed to run on Fedora. I
certainly don't think we should break that.

But that's not my interest *here*. Here, I am talking about how we
build and ship *Fedora-built* binaries. My goal is to expand that, not,
somehow, the opposite.
