Hello
I have python-slugify (https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/package/rpms/python-slugify/), originally a dependency for python-frappe.
Looks like python frappe do not need this lib any more:
https://github.com/frappe/frappe/pull/1521
And I have a request to drop the support of this library (there is not activity cince 2012) for this one:
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/python-slugify
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1298644
Which one is the correct procedure in this case? Can I simply retire the package in all the currents branchs and open the review request for the new library and request the change in the CVS?

Any way this will be a new package than will require a Fedora Review.
