When upstream make a tag it will create a tarball and upstream can mark it as a release or not, now seems github shows all tags as releases . We can see that upstream doesn't mark last tag as a release !. BTW [3] Upstream Release Monitoring detects a new tag and try to build it , that was a new and cool feature !
