nfs-ganesha is already using jemalloc, repoquery says:

$ repoquery --whatrequires 'libjemalloc.so.1()(64bit)'
...
nfs-ganesha-0:2.1.0-11.fc21.x86_64
nfs-ganesha-fsal-ceph-0:2.1.0-11.fc21.x86_64
