As written in http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Policy_for_stalled_package_reviews If no response is received from the reporter within 1 month and 1 week (final warning), the review can be closed. Usually I - request reply from the reporter every one week, for 4 times - after 1 month, I warn that the review request is to be closed within another one week.
