Hey there, A few months ago, desktop files packaging was discussed on fedora-extras-list: https://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-extras-list/2006-October/msg00723.html This mail makes me think the Application category is deprecated, but on the official Packaging Guidelines page : http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Guidelines#desktop the sample still has the Application Category. So, should we add this category, even if it is not listed as a standard category in the spec ?
