The initial poster points out differences in Boost and Fedora packaging
philosophy and is attempting to create an RPM more in line with upstream
packaging conventions. I'd recommend that the Fedora package maintainer
(Benjamin Kosnik?) participate to explain the motivations behind any
differences.
