In Fedora, the only packages that I need to build against locally are taglib and xulrunner. System gstreamer works just fine. The localized xulrunner though is a blocker until its either accepted as is or the patches are fully upstreamed. I think the larger issue is whether or not all the patches can be upstreamed without changing core mozilla functionality.
