The branches have appeared correctly on the pkgdb:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/packages/name/python-Levenshtein

But branches aren't present in CVS:
http://cvs.fedoraproject.org/viewvc/rpms/python-Levenshtein/

I believe there was a CVS outage which might relate to the problem.  Thus
re-requesting the branches.
