Would you update your srpm like bug 459010?

- At least __init_py{,c,o} needs to be installed
- License tag should be "GPLv3+".
- For versioning, please refer to
  https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/NamingGuidelines#Snapshot_packages
  Also I recommend to add rev number to source tarball name.
