Comments about your comments - 
conffile-without-noreplace-flag: dbus configs aren't really something that a
normal user is going to edit - it doesn't make much sense to me to have
(noreplace) on them, especially since, if the app changes the way it uses DBUS,
having the configs not be updated on upgrade will break upgrades.  Do we have a
standard for this already?

service-default-enabled: I don't mind to disable it by default, but since it's
a network service, I would think it would be enabled by default, like
NetworkManager.  What do you think?
