Copying.txt explicitly says:
"This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it
under the terms of the GNU Lesser Public License as published by the
Free Software Foundation; either version 2.1 of the License, or (at your
option) any later version."

=> This is the "later version" clause.

License.txt says:
"GNU LESSER GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE

Version 2.1, February 1999..."

=> This is a copy of LGPLv2.1.


=> This package is LGPLv2+'ed
