It makes it easier for developers to consume it as a dependency, along the
lines of Maven.

Fixed. It is now LGPLv2+, same as Cobbler.

This error's not due to the RPM.

Fixed. In the GemSpec, require_path was misconfigured as "." rather than "lib".
