So here's what we'd need to do: 1) Package the new ExtJS in Fedora (Testopia bundles ExtJS with the tarball, however, we don't allow private copies of libs in packages) 2) Either wait for upstream or help upstream port to the new version of ExtJS that this exception applies to (probably not hard - might not even need porting) After that, we can have Testopia!
