Asked on #apache-modules, and the consensus was that having explicit control of
where a shared-object library got loaded from was a good thing, especially if
you might want to try out a newer version of that library, etc.

I've added a "--with xml" option to build that adds it to the explicit list of
dependencies for the shared-object, but this is off by default and should
probably not be enabled in the distro release.
