Thanks for splitting out the -doc package.  I am inclined to neglect the
compiler flags bit because of the difficulties involved, but I note that these
have cropped up with the latest package:
  kaya.x86_64: W: unstripped-binary-or-object /usr/bin/kayac
  kaya.x86_64: W: unstripped-binary-or-object /usr/bin/kaya-rekey
  kaya.x86_64: W: unstripped-binary-or-object /usr/bin/kayadoc2man
Indeed, these files contain plenty that would normally be stripped out if the
debuginfo package wasn't disabled.  I'm not sure how to best handle this other
than to just manually strip those binaries, but perhaps you know why this has
only recently started happening.
