Remove Packager tag. That is set in the build system. 2. There's no URL tag. 3. The Source file doesn't contain a url. 4. Package contains static library. Package fails to build, due to some missing build requirements (libmmdb-devel , libgpp4-devel) that aren't available in Fedora.
