(Unfortunately presence of ocaml-camlp4-devel as a BR is necessary but not sufficient to show that it's a syntax extension). If the file is 'pa_foo.cmo' (as in this case) then it's certainly a syntax extension ('pa' means parser). Not all OCaml syntax extensions use this convention though.
