Since most of the community seems to be coalescing around OpenJDK I don't think we need to remove this. Long term having OpenJDK and GCJ share a class library through a classpath/OpenJDK/GCJ merger would fix this too. As for the powerpc build; I think we don't need to block getting JRuby in on that, the process looks like you add the ExcludeArch on ppc, then file a bug that blocks #121179.
