It's explained in the comment at the beginning of the SPEC file and also in the
changelog.

Source8: trim
Trims the sources for binaries and third-party source code which is already
packaged for fedora (openssl, curl, ...).

Source9: noexec
Removes execute rights from some documentation files.

Source10: unicode
Converts some of the documentation files to utf8.

Is there any better way how to do these things?
