That is an upstream decision, I can ask them to make a special tarball for us,
but as their tarball is only 24MB and those files aren'y getting installed, I
don't think it is worth the time. Plus one needs to store the gold standard
files to compare against somewhere.

I tried that, but our stb-devel does include stb_include.h, which is used here. 
I removed contrib/voro++ though.

I tried that, too, I could get the documentation build to work, I think it is
broken for out-of-source builds.
