https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2344105 Bug ID: 2344105 Summary: Review Request: rust-astral-tokio-tar - Rust implementation of an async TAR file reader and writer Product: Fedora Version: rawhide Hardware: All OS: Linux Status: NEW Component: Package Review Severity: medium Priority: medium Assignee: nobody@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Reporter: code@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx QA Contact: extras-qa@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx CC: package-review@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Target Milestone: --- Classification: Fedora Spec URL: https://music.fedorapeople.org/rust-astral-tokio-tar.spec SRPM URL: https://music.fedorapeople.org/rust-astral-tokio-tar-0.5.0-1.fc41.src.rpm Description: A Rust implementation of an async TAR file reader and writer. This library does not currently handle compression, but it is abstract over all I/O readers and writers. Additionally, great lengths are taken to ensure that the entire contents are never required to be entirely resident in memory all at once. Fedora Account System Username: music “This crate is a fork of edera-dev/tokio-tar, which was a fork of vorot93/tokio-tar, which was a fork of dignifiedquire/async-tar, which is based on alexcrichton/tar-rs.” This will replace rust-krata-tokio-tar as a dependency for uv. I plan to orphan rust-krata-tokio-tar after all branches have a version of uv that uses rust-astral-tokio-tar instead.
