Looking at this test, it’s just checking how long it takes to start up a Python interpreter and "import scooby". That makes sense for upstream to guard against performance regressions (although it would be a better measure if they didn’t include the Python interpreter startup time), but we should skip it because the package could be built on all kinds of hardware with varying performance.
