Good to know! Looking at this test, it’s just checking how long it takes to
start up a Python interpreter and "import scooby". That makes sense for
upstream to guard against performance regressions (although it would be a
better measure if they didn’t include the Python interpreter startup time), but
we should skip it because the package could be built on all kinds of hardware
with varying performance. I propose adding:

# Import performance test may fail flakily or on slower hardware
k="${k-}${k+ and }not test_import_time"
