Ah, OK. :-) I tried a local build of current nodejs22 with the bundled ngtcp2
removed and linked against this proposal, which finished successfully. I do not
have any tests handy for whether it actually works, so no trying to actually
use it. But the package seems to work as I would expect from it, so LGTM!
