Links are 404ed, can't review properly:
- upstream has a commit that bumps `nix` to 0.28, try to include that one
instead:

- Add more descriptive comments to what is being patched and make sure you have
a `package.cargo-toml-patch-comments` in your `rust2rpm.toml`
