I ran into a failing test on i686 that was checking data structure sizes
against expected values based on 64-bit architectures. I reported it upstream
in https://github.com/unicode-org/icu4x/issues/5605, suggested a fix in
https://github.com/unicode-org/icu4x/pull/5606, and patched it into the Fedora
package in
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rust-zerovec/c/d0704349b24955b7c8772097c36f3796eba0ea6b?branch=rawhide.
