Thank you for the review! I’ll get this imported and then we can see how much
farther we can get on pydicom/pynetdicom. Maybe we won’t end up having to wait
for a new pynetdicom release to update pydicom.

I added this to release monitoring,
https://release-monitoring.org/project/374599/, but it looks like there are not
going to be regular PyPI releases with the latest data, so it won’t do much
good.

I actually did mean to include the README.md file, and I’ll add it on import,
but I agree that it’s basically useless.
