Oh, I see.
There's a hard no for deprecated packages. We introduced that dependency long
ago and we didn't move off of it yet, because we still want to support Python
3.8. and tomllib was introduced in pyhton 3.11. Also it does not write that
language.
I guess we need to prioritize this work. Maybe I'll add it as a patch here for
now.
