Sorry for long delay!

I think the second patch should be made when doing rust2rpm -p, so it has
common format. That is unfortunately a MUST for Rust packages.

Nice, I were to suggest creation of rust2rpm.toml, but did not know how to
correctly add extra patches. Fabio is much better with Rust tooling.
Anyway, please try creating it with rust2rpm.toml, so rebases later can be done
non-interactive way.
