The only thing of note here is

which IMO is justified in this case, as we're building an EFI driver. If you
can, please add comments to document provenance and licensing of the individual
bundled libraries, and ideally the reference version. Given that the overall
package license is already correct and there are no other issues, I'll approve
the package in the meantime.
