liblxqt isn't required for this package.

Here's the buildrequires for the same package in openSUSE:

```
BuildRequires:  cmake >= 3.18.0
BuildRequires:  cmake(Qt6Core) >= 6.3.0
BuildRequires:  cmake(Qt6Widgets)
BuildRequires:  cmake(Qt6DBus)
BuildRequires:  cmake(Qt6Test)
BuildRequires:  gcc-c++
```

I know the packaging isn't identical between openSUSE/Fedora, but we are pretty
similar.
