I wish I could help but there seem to be several issues and I'd really prefer
that someone who actually understands them complete this review.  Orion?  Mark?
 Paul?  You folks have any time to go over this?

One thing that I do see is that "Freely redistributable without restriction"
isn't   an acceptable license tag; if the license isn't one of the ones listed
on http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Licensing, then have this ticket block FE-Legal
and someone will have a look.
