You’ve correctly omitted CC0-1.0 from the license metadata (since it is
not-allowed for code in Fedora), but the included LICENSE file contains only
the CC0-1.0 text, and my understanding of Apache-2.0 is that section 4(a)
requires the license text to be distributed with copies.
