That's not required. Adding 'MIT' to the license field is sufficient.

Upstream has fixed the header files with regards to the license preambles.

I excluded `ppc64le` for now while I look into what could be the issue here.
I'll report it upstream once I know more.

I also fixed the spec file regarding the leftover devel sub package.
