Description: bpftop provides a dynamic real-time view of running eBPF programs.
It displays the average runtime, events per second, and estimated total CPU %
for each program.

Note: This is a Rust project and the dependencies have been vendored because it
requires newer versions of crates that are not available in RPM yet. I have
followed the packaging instructions for vendoring dependencies.

This is my first package and I need a sponsor. I'm the creator and maintainer
of bpftop.
